When is the bill due? How do I pay my bill?

Storage rent is due on the first of the month and there is a 10-day grace period.

Payments can be made online or mailed via money order or check to our offices located at:

951 State Route 13, Cortland, NY 13045.

Please ensure that the Pay to the Order is made out to Pond Property Management.

How do I vacate the unit?

Contact the offices to schedule a move out, (607) 662-3075.

If you move out before the 15th of the month, half of the rent will be due. If move out occurs after the 15th the full months rent will be due prior to move out.

What are the access hours?

You may access your unit 24/7.

Am I required to rent long term?

Sylvan Storage offers short term and long term storage rentals!

What does drive-up access mean?

Drive-up access means you may drive your vehicle up to the unit or into the unit.

What items can I not store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
